GENERAL
All orders are accepted by this company are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions. All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications may vary slightly.

PRICES
To assist in prompt despatch, please use the correct product codes and descriptions as supplied on this website. Orders can be sent by fax, by telephone, by post or via the order form on this website. All items subject to availability, an equivalent alternative will be sent in its place. PRICES EXCLUDE VAT.

DELIVERY
Mainland UK destinations - Orders will be despatched by courier or 1st class post. The postage and packaging costs are applicable to the Mainland UK only. Please note that surcharges may apply to some northern Scottish postcodes. Please call us before ordering to confirm offshore or northern Scottish postcodes. All other destinations will have to be priced separately, by fax, phone, or e-mail. For most products we despatch within 2-3 working days, please call us if you require firm confirmation. Any claims for non-delivery or shortages must be made in writing within two days of the delivery date. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER THIS PERIOD. We despatch Mon - Fri. Delivery is normally next work day if we receive the order before 12 noon, however during busy times delivery may take longer.

RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS
Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated. Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited. Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.

PAYMENT
Payment is by cheque or credit card basis with order, by fax, phone, post or web site. Cheques are subject to clearance before delivery. We reserve the right to charge bank charges on cheques which are represented. We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.

CANCELLATION/RETURN OF GOODS
The shopper has the right to cancel their order within 7 days of their contract with us, or 7 days of the receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). Where the shopper has received the goods, the shopper will pay the cost of the return carriage and the original carriage cost will not be refunded. The goods must be returned in the original packaging, complete with the receipt. Goods must be returned to us within 7 days, there will be a 15% handling/re stock charge for the return of goods that have been ordered incorrectly. The buyer will pay the return carriage and a credit will be less the outgoing carriage. If we make custom bespoke adaptions for your order, these cannot be refunded. No returns will be accepted after this period.

RESERVATION OF TITLE
The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier, but the TITLE in the goods remain vested in us and shall only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment made by the buyer, of all sums due on whatsoever account or grounds to us.
