Returns Policy

The shopper has the right to cancel their order within 7 days of their contract with us, or 7 days of the receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). Where the shopper has received the goods, the shopper will pay the cost of the return carriage and the original carriage cost will not be refunded. The goods must be returned in the original packaging, complete with the receipt. In case of cancellation, if the goods have already been dispatched and the goods are not faulty then the return delivery costs will be bourn by the customer. However, if there is a fault, the return delivery costs will be bourn by, the merchant. Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated. Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited. Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited. There will be a 15% handling/re stock charge for the return of goods that have been ordered incorrectly. If we make custom bespoke adaptions for your order, these cannot be refunded.
